"When our Spanish speakers spoke, it was a different experience for me to hear them speak in Spanish close to my ears and hear you interpret in English. It was an incredibly new cultural experience for me even though English is not my second language. I think it is mandatory to have all participants have the headset to be in equal space with those where English is their second/third/...language."
